Serious Games Serious games are the fastest growing area of e-learning development as they offer a richer and more engaging user experience that can be based far more on experiential than rote learning. It’s an area Cambridge Digital has been engaged with for years, and our involvement with the Gamescaper project is the result of that interest and experience. Developing serious games is not a small affair, requiring in depth analysis of the outcomes and audience before the theme, architecture and finally scripts can be developed. It’s a process that requires the kind of experience we offer and the end product is a really powerful tool that delivers fantastic results in developing experience, sensitivity and self-knowledge in users as well as the simple knowledge acquisition achieved by traditional e-learning. |
We produce content for publishers and end users in the UK, France and Japan and globally through internet based learning environments, with current projects including maths examination training, English as a Foreign Language training and assessment, business skills training, intercultural business skills training, primary literacy and numeracy materials, and secondary ICT training.

Online Drawing ApplicationClient: Cambridge University Press Project: Online Drawing and Colouring Application This fun and easy to use application is built onto a management database that allows administrative users to create new drawings and libraries of audio files and illustrations to build language exercises with audio instructions. The flexibility of the application for developing language and learning skills is tremendous, and it’s a lot of fun to use.
