RJJ Car Shipping runs on Exintra with an additional quote engine and routes matrix. Visitors can obtain a quote to ship their cars to and from the UK from pretty much anywhere in the world. It's quite fun just looking at the places you can bring your car in with!

As one of the leading shippers of cars in and out of the UK, RJJ wanted a really good website that would also help them to handle the volume of requests for information they receive. Processing these requests takes a lot of staff time, so is therefore an expensive process - but one that needs doing in a tight time-frame to make the most of every opportunity that a web engagement offers.

Our system therefore offers the prospective client a quote by return email, but also opens an account in the database for every enquirer. Administrative staff can therefore follow up on all requests and have a record of the requests permanently in one place, so that things like response times and success rates can be compared.

Communication with clients is also recorded in one place in a simple CRM system so that admin can quickly and easily access all records pertaining to a request, from initial enquiry to despatch details.

The first quote request came through hours after the system went online, so it has had an immediate impact.

As well as the clever bits, the site also has pictures of lovely cars for anyone interested! RJJ ship classic vehicles for some of the leading restorers and classic car showrooms in the UK, and also handle shows, photo-shoot logistics and new car launches, so they have a library of exquisite vehicles. We'll definitely be using them to upgrade our company fleet of classic Rolls Royces when the walnut dashes need a bit of TLC.
