Client: Classroom Call Education Services Platform: Exintra CMS with bespoke CRM

Classroom Call is a busy recruitment and placement company for teachers and supply teachers, based in Colchester, Essex, but serving a wider area including the whole of Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.

We have built them a website in which they manage their whole recruitment and placement processes, from initial enquiries through to booking and scheduling teachers to fill posts on a daily basis.

Key to the project was the requirement for our system to be easy to use: no-one in the company loves technical things, and the booking system was replacing a time-consuming paper-based system that was effective and reliable - so there was no point replacing it with anything that was too complicated to be both those things!

Our solution is simple and clear for staff and clients to use. The same system the company uses to record bookings is used by the client to keep track of their own schedule, and the website handles and records all communications between the users, including the assessment and document collation that each candidate has to go through before being cleared to work with the agency.

Another key requirement of the site is to be extremely search-engine effective, and that it achieves, not just through the content, but through the fact that all the business processes the company and its clients undergo, take place on the website - so keep the site busy and attractive to the search engines. The website really works hard for Classroom Call, and has been highly effective in achieving efficiencies at every level.
