 The Merge Tool to merge existing users of the AT1 and AT2 ICT 4 Life is now available. What does it do?

The upgraded version of ICT 4 Life allows you to manage all users, for each of the three stages of the product, in one administration interface. This means that teaching groups can be ported from one stage to the next, and users can be archived and deleted far more easily.

For users who want to take advantage of this, but have existing user records for pupils who have already completed AT1 and AT2, or are part-way through AT2, you can use the merge tool to create a single database of these users. This database can then be used to create teaching groups for AT3.

It is imperative that the instructions are followed carefully for this process: the databases you're merging have to be updated first, then tagged as updated using the applications, and failure to folow the instructions just means the process won't work.
