    Syndicate RSS Page

    1. First, click on the blue ‘Architecture’ button on the Exintra main menu at the top of the page.


       
    2. Now, click on ‘Create Page’.  Select ‘Syndicate RSS Page’ from the list.


    3. Type a title for your page into the ‘Page Title’ field. Type a title for the navigation menus into the ‘Navigation Title’ field. Type a URL shortcut (short description of your page that will appear in the browser’s web address bar when the page is loaded) into the ‘URL Shortcut’ field. Type any page keywords (used for SEO) into the ‘Page Keyword Tags’ and ‘Page Description Tags’ fields. Separate each keyword with a comma. Finally, click on ‘Save’ at the bottom left of the page.


    4. Scroll up to the top of the page. Click on ‘Content’ to open the content tab.


    5. Click the ‘Add Category’ button at the bottom left of the screen. The category will appear in the ‘Side Navigation’ menu at the top left of the page.


    6. Move the mouse cursor over the new category in the ‘Side Navigation’ menu. Click on ‘Settings’. Give the category a title by filling in the ‘Category’ field in the window that appears. You can also specify a URL shortcut by filling in the ‘URL Shortcut’ field. When you are finished, click on ‘Save and Close’.


    7. Now, click on ‘Add Page’, under the ‘Latest News’ heading.


    8. Type the title for the page into the ‘Title’ field. Check the ‘Publish this Subpage’ checkbox if you want to publish the page to RSS feed modules. Edit the date the page was created by changing the ‘Date’ field. Choose a category for the page from the ‘Category’ dropdown menu. If you want to upload an image thumbnail for the page, click the ‘Browse’ button next to the ‘Image’ field. Enter content for the page using the WYSIWYG editor. Finally, click on ‘Save and Close’ to save your changes.
