    Integrated Form

Create an integrated form module to add an advanced, complex form to your site that can be filled and sent via email by users.

    1. Click on the blue ‘Architecture’ button in the Exintra Panel at the top of the page. Then, click on the ‘Create Module’ button. Finally, select ‘Integrated Form’ from the list.

    2. Give your module a title and name by filling in the ‘Title’ and ‘Name’ fields.

    3. Scroll down the page to the ‘Form settings’ section. Type in the delivery e-mail addresses into the ‘Delivery Email’ field. If there are multiple addresses, separate each one with a comma. You can also search for users in your site database by clicking on ‘Find Users’. If you require a response message in the e-mail, type the message into the ‘Response message’ field. Finally, you can add a description for your form using the WYSIWYG editor.

    4. When you have finished, click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom left of the page to save the changes. Then, click on ‘Advanced’ to open the advanced tab. In the advanced tab, you can set up your form parameters. There are three buttons, ‘Add input field’, ‘Add input box’ and ‘Add dropdown’. These add different kinds of ways for the user to input data to the form. First, click on ‘Add input field’. An input field will be added to your form.

    5. Click on ‘[Edit]’ to edit the field. Give the field a title by filling in the ‘Field Title’ field. Choose a size for the field by selecting from the ‘Field Size’ dropdown menu. If there is a default value for the field, type it into the ‘Default Value’ field. Check the ‘required’ checkbox if the user has to fill in the field. Type instructions for the user into the ‘User Instructions’ field. When you have finished making changes, click on the ‘Save’ button.

    6. Now, click on ‘Add email field’. An e-mail field will be added to your form.  Again, click the ‘[Edit]’ button to edit the field. Fill in the details in the same way as in step 5.

    7. Now, click on ‘Add input box’. An input box will be added to your form. Again, click the ‘[Edit]’ button to edit the box. Fill in the details in the same way as in step 5.

    8. Now, click on ‘Add dropdown’. A dropdown menu will be added to your form. Click the ‘[Edit]’ button to edit the dropdown. Type a name for your dropdown into the ‘Field Title’ field. Choose a size for your dropdown from the ‘Field Size’ dropdown menu. Type in the options for your dropdown menu by typing them into the ‘Options’ field. Separate each option by pressing the enter key after each one. Check the ‘required’ checkbox if the user has to complete the dropdown. Type instructions for the user into the ‘User Instructions’ field. Finally, click the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

    9. Now, click on ‘Add upload’. An upload field will be added to your form. Click on ‘[Edit]’ to edit the field. Type a name for your field into the ‘Field Title’ field. Choose a size for the field by selecting from the ‘Field Size’ field. Enter all file extensions permitted to be uploaded into the ‘Allowed Entensions’ field. Separate each extension with a comma. Check the ‘required’ checkbox if the user has to complete the field. Type instructions for the user into the ‘User Instructions’ field. Finally, click the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.
