    Calendar

Use the calendar module if you want to add a calendar to your site. You can assign tasks to different dates and times that can be viewed by every user.

    1. Click on the blue ‘Architecture’ button in the Exintra Panel at the top of the page. Then, click on the ‘Create Module’ button. Finally, select ‘Calendar’ from the list.

    2. Give your module a title and name by filling in the ‘Title’ and ‘Name’ fields. Select whether the title of your module is visible by selecting the appropriate radio button next to ‘Show title’. When you have finished, click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom left of the page to save the changes.

    3. After saving, click on ‘Advanced’ to open the advanced tab. Check the ‘Show to do’ checkbox to add the functionality to create to do entries to your calendar. Check the ‘Show as list’ checkbox to show the calendar as a list. For this tutorial, only check the ‘Show to do’ checkbox. Click the ‘Save’ button when you have finished making changes.

    4. Now, add your module to a page. To add a ‘to do’ entry to the calendar, first click on the required date. Then, add the text for your entry to the field next to the ‘+’ symbol. When you have finished adding text, click on the ‘+’ symbol. The to do entry will be added to your calendar.

    5. If you click on a date, any to do entries will be displayed underneath the calendar date table. To delete a to do entry, click the ‘-‘ button next to the entry.
