Communities of Practice
Communities of practice foster self-development through peer relationships and collaborative learning. They offer a far more appropriate training mentality for many environments and groups, often where the primary experts or enablers available are the group members themselves.
Providing the means to record and share experiences, insights or materials in the platform both as a means of building a repository of peer-approved resources and to collect appraisal data is a crucial part of a platform, and means that it’s a tool that will continue to build and develop as an increasingly valuable resource. |

A key area for content creation for us has been in producing software training, sometimes in conjunction with professional development training and assessment programs.
