Appraisal Appraisal is obviously a very different process to assessment, but one that can benefit from the learning and collaboration platforms we build because it is a defined process with document requirements that can be authored, stored and shared using our systems.The key element to appraisal is the ability of all parties to provide their input and record it back to the user’s profile where it can then be accessed by strictly controlled personnel in the management hierarchy. An appraisal process may also include a set of interactive materials as well as documents, and these can be analysed electronically or simply be recorded. We can also provide the means for recording inputs through audio and video storage where appropriate, and build a combination of inputs into a comprehensive record that can provide insights to both the person undertaking the appraisal and their managers. |
We produce content for publishers and end users in the UK, France and Japan and globally through internet based learning environments, with current projects including maths examination training, English as a Foreign Language training and assessment, business skills training, intercultural business skills training, primary literacy and numeracy materials, and secondary ICT training.

Online Drawing ApplicationClient: Cambridge University Press Project: Online Drawing and Colouring Application This fun and easy to use application is built onto a management database that allows administrative users to create new drawings and libraries of audio files and illustrations to build language exercises with audio instructions. The flexibility of the application for developing language and learning skills is tremendous, and it’s a lot of fun to use.
