Cambridge Digital is a web design and new media company specialising in the creation of highly interactive, complex websites, interface design and digital educational publishing. We have a strong focus on designing from the perspective of the end-user, lead by our work in education and training. We have been developing websites and other digital materials such as CD-ROMs, databases, Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-learning since 2003. We work with clients to deliver the best and most cost-effective answer to their needs, using custom or open-source software to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

We develop CD-ROM and web-based solutions for clients such as A&C Black Publishing (a division of Bloomsbury), Cambridge University Press, Edexcel and Pearson Education, as well as smaller corporate clients. We also develop solutions for specific internal users to a company’s services, for example an internal import/export statistics package for Twinings’ (Tea). Other projects have a wider audience: the Course Companion CD-ROMs we designed and developed for the examining company Edexcel are some of their fastest-selling products, and our video-english site, currently being re-developed on our exintra platform, runs to 1200 pages, 150 000 visitors and 4.5 million hits a year from all over the world.

We ensure we keep an eye on the latest technologies and what's happening in the digital world so that we can offer the best possible solutions to drive our clients' business needs. Take, for example, our exciting new exintra CMS 2.0 platform. On it we create stunning, purposeful websites with fully customisable layouts and built-in content and customer management systems, to enable companies of all sizes to provide high levels of interactivity and personalisation for their customers.

The surest indication of this is the high level of repeat business we enjoy from our clients, for some of whom we deliver multiple projects each year, ranging from marketing demonstrations to full-scale products and websites.
